The Gapp Collective

 

We noticed a “gapp” in the market for both quality coffee and great food. We love the Garden Route and valued the quality of locally grown produce. The Gapp Collective enabled us to combine two great loves. We also looked forward to the freedom of creating, innovating new ideas and determining our own future.

 

Our brand defines our passion for good food and quality coffee. We have built a source of pride in everything we do and wanted our brand to capture that.

We offer our clients the best ingredients, freshly prepared and well presented food. Consistency and exceptional service are key in all our businesses.

 

We have a very loyal local following that includes families, foodies, business people and health-conscious customers.

 

The Gapp Collective create all food and baked goods in house, using first-rate ingredients from sustainable, local suppliers. We hope to reflect our love for the Garden Route and its community through our food.
